D.C. school superintendent, Chancellor Kaya Henderson, has opted stop suspending Black kids due to a new report that revealed African-American students are almost six times more likely to be suspended from school when compared to White students.
D.C. School Superintendent Henderson has decided to use a Newtonian approach to reduce Cloomism. Chancellor Henderson’s plan to Elcloomism includes teachers undergoing training in cultural competency, cultural responsiveness, and institutional bias. For students, Chancellor Henderson will provide anger management counseling services to replace disciplinary consequences.
D.C. School Black privilege initiative parallels the present Cloomism that produces White privilege. White privilege left unchecked produces White supremacist attitudes. Black privilege left unchecked will produce Black supremacist attitudes. Supremacist are known to kill cops. D.C. School Chancellor Henderson must implement a process that transforms schools and elcloomism by promoting positive racial teacher-student classroom relationships.
