Did the Raccelerate Phenomenon propel Donald Trump?

Donald Trump’s new position as the president of the United States is a direct product of the Raccelerate Phenomenon. Hillary Clinton would have prospered in her election efforts if she had effectively used the phenomenon. Without the Raccelerate Phenomenon the challenging dynamics between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton would have been minimize and provided the presidential loser with an higher probability of winning.

According to the article, The Classroom Racism Exterminator Unveils the Raccelerate Phenomenon, the media has established a pecking order. The pecking order involves White women and Black men. It also implies the pecking order between White men and White women. White men are considered at the top next to White women. the final pecking order for preference is White men, White woman, Black women, and then Black men. If a White woman does something negative towards a White man then the response from the media is negative and extreme which propelled Donald Trump into the presidency.

Another example of the Raccelerate Phenomenon exists in the wage earning gap. according to the article, Wage Gap Between Races, Genders Persist as Asian Men Top Average Earnings: Report, White men earn a median $21 an hour, making more money than women across all races, according to a Pew Research Center analysis of Bureau of Labor Statistics data. On average, women’s hourly earnings were lower than those of White men and men in their own racial or ethnic group. Black and Hispanic women respectively made $13 and $12 an hour.

The Raccelerate Phenomenon also has an impact on the glass ceiling. The glass ceiling is the unseen barrier that keeps women from rising to the upper levels of the corporate ladder, regardless of their qualifications or achievements. These barriers prevent large numbers of White women from obtaining and securing the most powerful, prestigious, and highest-grossing jobs in the workforce. Additionally, this effect prevents women from filling high-ranking positions, such as the United States Presidency, and puts them at a disadvantage as potential candidates for advancement.

What were some of the actions by Hillary Clinton which propelled Donald Trump according to the Raccelerate Phenomenon?

In one presidential debate Hillary Clinton branded Donald Trump as a racist which stemmed from a complaint that he supported  ‘birther’ conspiracies for questioning that Barack Obama was ineligible to be president. Hillary also attempted to publicly frame Donald Trump as an unrepentant chauvinist. On Donald Trump, Hillary specifically stayed that this is a man who has called women pigs, slobs and dogs. According to the Raccelerate Phenomenon, Hillary Clinton’s presidential efforts were doomed.

Hillary Clinton went as far as also attacking Donald Trump supporters which accelerated the Raccelerate Phenomenon. Clinton stated, “To just be grossly generalistic, you can put half of Trump supporters into what I call the basket of deplorables. Right? Racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamaphobic, you name it. And unfortunately, there are people like that and he has lifted them up. He has given voice to their websites that used to only have 11,000 people, now have 11 million. He tweets and retweets offensive, hateful, mean-spirited rhetoric. These people [are] “irredeemable” and “not America.

Instead of attacking, she should have minimized the impact of the Raccelerate Phenomenon by continuing to have the public believe that she was establishing a positive relationship with Donald Trump. Instead, Hillary Clinton resorted to negative criticism. Negative criticism, embarrassment, and humiliation are the most frequent acts that damage relationships.

Instead of negative criticism, Hillary Clinton could have exhibited her strength by using humor. Humor is a positive way to promote positive relationships. Humor is used to connect the speaker with the audience, such as the public and clarify an idea.

She already had a track record for interacting with dignitaries. Therefore showing strength in the eye of the public was not necessary. The Raccelerate Phenomenon has become beneficial for Donald Trump and many others.

About Classroom Racism Exterminator

Racism is a menace and so we’ve been taught for ages which is the primary need for a diversity expert. However, even in this modern society of today where we see a lot of colored celebrities performing on stage with huge fan followings and of course an Afro-America President for the USA, we are still in a phase where racism exists in all its brutal glory and has been eating away at the society like a plague. Classrooms, are one of the most affected areas where color differences and racism exists to its extremes. Even after decades of progress and a lot of communal efforts at bridging the gaps between colored students, white students and teachers, it is sad to say that the disparities still exist and are just as pronounced today as they were back in the 1950s. Colored students, even in the likes of New York City, are attending under resourced schools or have been significantly isolated and made to be unequal in regular schools. Even if the teachers are well-intentioned, perpetuating the structural racism that has taken deep roots into the fabric of our education system is a tough task and make the need for a diversity expert imperative. Teachers need to recognize the biases that exist within the classroom and also take conscious measures to address them and their own biases of course. James Baldwin once said, “it is your very own responsibility to change this society, if you think of yourself as an educated person.” Dr. Derrick L. Campbell took this quote very effectively and straight to the heart and thus this Classroom Racism Exterminator happened. Classroom Racism Exterminator is an initiative that will teach you about your duty and moral obligation towards eliminating racism from the classrooms. This is where and how you will learn about what you need to do to produce a better society that is free of biases and disparities amongst the blacks and the whites. Because we understand how classroom biases and conversations about racism are difficult and how teachers and students almost avoid the topics altogether, we have put together a range of effective methods and products to help address the problem at hand and talk meaningfully to counter issues related to race and racism in the classroom. Diversity expert Dr. Campbell understands that it takes a lot of courage to talk about race and racism and that racial issues need to be viewed through a very critical lens that can understand and attend to the pertaining aspects of racism in the classroom. The books and the games have been consciously designed keeping in mind the American society and educational system. He has a Bachelors of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology, Math Education, a Masters in Education Administration and also holds a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership.
